I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were bigger than I expected, spotless, and so modern despite renovations occurring in some parts of the hotel. They were tidy and clean, giving a great first impression. The service was nice, with staff being pleasant and efficient in correcting any error. Despite ongoing works to upgrade the hotel, the staff remained very helpful and friendly, providing a nice warm welcome. The location was excellent, being perfect for both the SNCF station and the old town and waterfront. The central location was clean, comfortable, and extremely convenient, with friendly and helpful staff. Though the dining was continental and self-service, the good coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice made up for the uninspiring experience.
